Q. Do you have a catalog?
A. No, we do not have a catalog. We have a color chart and order form for those customers that want to mail in their order or do not have a computer. Color charts will be mailed upon request only.
Q. Do you carry samples that you send out?
A. No there are no samples made of the product therefore we do not send any samples out.
Q. How long will the pen last before I have to replace it?
A. The Magic Stylo Pen will last anywhere from to a few months to over a year. It really depends on how often you use it and how you take care of it. The Magic Stylo pen will last a very long time if you take care of it properly. The fine felt tip end can be damaged easy so reading the instructions prior to use is very important.
Q. Help! My pen seems dry? What do I do?
A. If your pens seems dry chances are the fine felt tip end is clogged up not allowing the ink in the body of the pen to flow through to the tip. To unclog your tip there are several things you can do. First, clean you tip with a little alcohol pad. Then, give it a shake like you would a thermometer with the tip facing down. Test it on a blank piece of paper dabbing at the side of the tip several times until plenty of ink is flowing through. If that does not work pull your tip out with a pair of tweezers and reverse it to the other end. This also works if you have damaged your tip.
Q. Is there any major stores that carry the Magic Stylo so, I see the colors in person?
A. No, there are no major chain or department stores that carry this product. The product is exclusive to professional small salons, spas and stores.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Because we cannot resale used makeup all sales are final at the time of purchase. Damaged and defective items will be replaced immediately with new product.
Q. I need my order fast what shipping Method should I use?
A. Priority Shipping is only $7.50 and once it is shipped only takes 2-3 days. If you need it right away email us so we can rush it out to you. For International orders Global Priority is available and takes 5-7 days.
Q. I do not live in the U.S.A do you ship international?
A. Yes, we ship all over the world everyday. International shipping is $3.50 and free if you order 3 or more pens.
Q. I am afraid to use my credit card over the Internet. Is it safe to use on your site?
A. Yes, you are safer using your card on our site than using your card in a store, or giving your number out on the telephone. We are a verisign secure site, which means once you enter your card number the only person that sees your card is the processing bank. Not even our employees can look up your card number because, we never see it and card numbers are not stored in our database.
Q. I have a coupon code that was sent to me, how do I use it?
A. To use a coupon begin to add everything you want to purchase into your shopping bag. Then, when you are done and still in the shopping bag you will see a coupon box enter your code and press the GO button. Then you will see the coupon pop up below and the discount will be deducted from your total. If you do not see the coupon box just hit the shopping bag button. If the coupon is not working make sure you are entering in correctly. If it still does not work, it may be expired.
